violate every law and make sure all the prosecutors and all the judges are loyal to you and not to the law

The two easiest and most effective ways to destroy a society are:
(1) Open the borders and give away citizen's money to people with no loyalty to the country. It will make everything more expensive,, depress wages and make health care harder to access.
(2) Divide the country by race and use the government to reward/punish certain races. Use propaganda to tell some races systems prevent their success in the country , other races are oppressing you and the cause of all your problems.
Sit back and watch the country disintegrate.
